Our Unique Approach Helps You Make The Best Of Your Resources

At Hartford City Foam, our problem-solving creativity includes slitting and rewinding an incredible range of materials, such as electrical insulation, kraft paper, gasket stock, films, polycoated paper products, VCI grade materials and non-woven fabrics. These materials can be processed into widths ranging from 1/4" to four feet. Materials can be slit and rewound to meet customer specifications and delivered on either 3" or 6" (inside dimensions) cores. Even more, we can sheet these same materials in sizes to 72" wide and 84" long.

Of course, as always, we still provide custom slitting and rewinding and all types of sheeting. Our capabilities are 72" wide and up to continuous lengths. We're now offering custom foam shapes. We can make virtually any interior cut-out design while we create a custom exterior design at the same time.
